Here are a few important excerpts from an Order filed on Friday by United States District Judge Graham Mullen:
United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina Charlotte Division
- This Court hereby takes exclusive jurisdiction and possession of the assets, of whatever king and wherever situated , of Dependant Rex Venture Group, LLC d/b/a ZeekRewards.com, any of its subsidiaries, whether incorporated or unincorporated, and any business or business names under which it does business (“Receivership Defendant”)
- Pending further Order of this Court, Ken Bell us hereby appointed to serve without bond as temporary receiver (the “Receiver”) for, and over the estate of, the Receivership Defendant and all entities it controls or in which it has an ownership interest, including but not limited to all subsidiaries, partnerships and related or affiliated unincorporated entities, including business lines or businesses operated via internet websites.
Kenneth Bell was immediately given control of ZeekReward’s assets after United States District Judge Graham Mullen released his order. The court ordered Burks to provide a list of all assets, creditors and employees to Kenneth Bell within ten days. It also ordered a full accounting of assets, bank accounts and property within thirty days.
